Class News!
Scholastic Book Orders are Available!!
Scholastic Arrow, Tab, and Teen RC book club circulars are available and are posted in the classroom library. Current and classic titles are always being offered at a low cost. Follow this link to view each of the catalogs: http://clubs.scholastic.com/

Parents can even order on-line!! Go to the Parent link and enter our class code: You can place your order directly and pay directly as you order. This is a great way to encourage reading at home and to support your child's school. With each parent order, classrooms earn points toward free books for their classroom libraries!

Happy Reading!!

After School Homework Club!
Mrs. Freel will be available after school on Mondays and Wednesdays until 4:30 to provide additional help for any student who is interested. This would also be an opportunity for students to make-up missed work or to redo assignments that do not meet a standard.

The first after school session will begin on Monday, September 12th.

Want Your Child to Stay? - simply send in a note or an email to Mrs. Freel @ msfreel@ccps.org, or call Mrs. Freel at 410-996-5010 to make arrangements for your child to stay after school. Last year, an activity bus was available to transport students home; however, I am not sure if that is going to be available this year. So students will need to be picked up by their parents.

Our Class Wordle!
Students brainstormed words & concepts related to English language arts. The larger words represent ideas that were repeated the most by students and indicate the students' ideas of the most important skills and concepts in our class.
